Job summary

Madhees Techno Consulting Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to own platform architecture, governance and roadmaps.

You will design scalable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, GRC, CSM, and APM, drive integrations with major enterprise systems, and mentor teams.

The role offers hybrid work (4 days a week) with shift timing 4 PM – 1 AM and a notice period of Immediate – 15 Days.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ServiceNow development and architecture experience.
• Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, GRC, and CSM.
• Strong experience with enterprise integrations and platform governance.

Responsibilities

• Own ServiceNow platform architecture, governance, and roadmap.
• Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, GRC, and APM.
• Develop and optimize Service Portals, Virtual Agent, and Employee Center.
• Lead integrations with OKTA, Azure AD, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, JIRA, MS Teams, and other systems.
• Define and manage CMDB, CSDM, and data models.
• Ensure platform security, scalability, performance, and compliance.
• Mentor development teams and conduct design/code reviews.
• Drive automation and AI capabilities using Flow Designer, Predictive Intelligence, and AI Search.

• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, JIRA, or Azure DevOps
• Experience establishing ServiceNow CoE or multi-instance strategies

Certifications

• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)
• CAD (Certified Application Developer)
• CIS certification preferred (ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, or GRC)
