Job summary

Quess is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to drive enterprise-level architecture, solution design, integrations and platform governance in Bangalore. Hybrid work model with an afternoon shift starting at 1:00 PM IST and Contract-to-Hire arrangement.

The candidate will lead ServiceNow architecture across modules, work with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, and support governance, upgrades, and long-term roadmap.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow background.
• 5+ years in ServiceNow Architect / Solution Architect / Technical Architect roles.
• Hands-on experience in CMDB, Service Catalog, Integrations, and Virtual Agent.

Position: ServiceNow Architect Experience: 10+ Years Relevant Experience: 5+ Years as ServiceNow Architect Location: Bangalore – Hybrid

Shift: Afternoon Shift – Starts at 1:00 PM IST Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (C2H) Client: Fortune 500 Organization Compensation: Up to 70 LPA, depending on experience, skills and prevailing market criteria.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable ServiceNow architecture and technical solutions.
• Define platform architecture, technical standards, design patterns and best practices.
• Lead CMDB/CSDM and Service Catalog architecture and implementation.
• Design and oversee enterprise integrations using APIs, web services and integration technologies.
• Drive Virtual Agent solutions and conversational experiences.
• Provide technical leadership across ServiceNow implementation, customization and platform enhancements.
• Work closely with business, engineering and customer stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support platform governance, optimization, upgrades and long-term ServiceNow roadmap.

Candidate Requirements

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in ServiceNow Architect / Solution Architect / Technical Architect roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with the four mandatory areas: CMDB, Service Catalog, Integration and Virtual Agent.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Communication level: Minimum 3.5/5; candidates should not have significant MTI.
• Should be comfortable working from Bangalore in a hybrid model and starting the shift at 1:00 PM IST.
• Candidates must be comfortable with the C2H employment model.
