• 14+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementations, especially in CSM or TSM environments.
• Proven background as an IT architect in a telecom context.
• Ability to design scalable platform solutions and evaluate impact across connected systems.
• Experience working with ServiceNow platform capabilities and enterprise integration scenarios.
• Experience with Waterfall delivery methodology.
• Experience with Agile methodology.

Responsibilities
