Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks an experienced ServiceNow Architect to define end-to-end architecture across ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB. You will design scalable, secure solutions and contribute to governance and data integrity while aligning with enterprise IT strategy.

You will lead architecture artifacts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure best practices in ServiceNow implementations across environments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of ServiceNow Platform experience across ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
• Strong ITSM fundamentals with Incident, Problem, Change, and Request management.
• 8+ years in ITOM including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• CMDB alignment with CSDM principles and governance.
• Integration experience with REST, SOAP, and APIs to connect systems.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/Glide API for custom development.
• ITIL v3/v4 certification and practical process governance.
• Solid architecture design experience for scalable, secure solutions.
