Job summary

Webologix Ltd/ INC in Bengaluru seeks an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to own the platform architecture, technical roadmap and delivery of enterprise solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD and SecOps.

The ideal candidate has 8+ to 15+ years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow expertise, CMDB/CSDM, integrations, API design and DevOps practices, and will lead architecture across modules while guiding stakeholders and mentoring technical teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow Architecture experience.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and enterprise platform architecture.
• Experience with ITOM / ITAM / CSM / HRSD / SecOps / GRC / SPM.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping & Service Graph.
• Scripts, UI Policies & UI Actions.
• Strong experience with REST, SOAP, APIs, Integration Hub & MID Server.
• Knowledge of SSO, SAML, OAuth, LDAP, ACLs, Roles & ServiceNow Security.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, releases, deployment, CI/CD and DevOps.
• Ability to create HLD/LLD, architecture diagrams, technical designs and platform roadmaps.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and define the ServiceNow platform architecture and technical roadmap.
• Establish architecture standards, governance, design principles and best practices.
• Design scalable, secure, maintainable and upgrade-safe ServiceNow solutions.
• Lead solution architecture across ServiceNow modules and enterprise initiatives.
• Define integration, API, data and CMDB/CSDM architecture.
• Review technical designs, configurations, customizations, scripts and integrations.
• Drive platform performance, security, scalability and technical-debt reduction.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Developers, Product Owners and Business Stakeholders.
• Mentor ServiceNow technical teams and evaluate new platform capabilities.
