Job summary

Essc India is seeking a skilled Home Appliance Technician to install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain home appliances at customer premises. You will travel daily to customer sites and deliver high-quality service.

You will diagnose faults in appliances such as ACs, refrigerators, washing machines, microwaves, chimneys, RO systems, and explain usage to customers while following safety standards and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Visit customer locations for installation, repair, and maintenance services.

• Explain service details and basic usage guidance to customers.
• Maintain service quality and follow SOPs and safety standards.

The candidate should be comfortable traveling daily for field visits and delivering high-quality customer service.
