Job summary

Dreams Management is seeking a capable operations manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of the service center in Mumbai. You will lead a team of service technicians and work to ensure high customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and timely resolutions.

The role involves regular visits to service centers, factories and distributors and travel across the region. A background in home appliance service and inventory awareness will help you excel in this position.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of proven experience in the home appliance industry is a plus.
• Experience in managing a service center or similar operation.
• Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the service center.
• Manage the team of service technicians.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and timely resolutions.
