Responsibilities

Role Description

This is a full-time, on‑site Service Technician role based in Brahmapur. The Service Technician will perform routine maintenance and repair work on various consumer and electronic products(specially air conditioner and T,V), ensuring timely resolution of service requests. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, troubleshooting equipment failures, and completing field service visits at customer locations in a safe and professional manner. The role involves documenting service activities, updating work orders, and maintaining accurate records of parts and repairs. The Service Technician will also interact directly with customers, explain findings and solutions, and uphold company standards for quality, safety, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Maintenance & Repair and Maintenance skills for consumer electronics, appliances, and related products.
• Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills to diagnose technical issues and identify effective solutions.
• Candidates should possess Field Service experience, including on‑site visits, equipment handling, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and manage customer expectations.
• Relevant technical diploma or certification in electronics, electrical, or mechanical fields is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and service documentation.
• Basic familiarity with mobile applications or service management tools for logging and tracking work orders.
• Willingness to travel locally within Brahmapur as required and work flexible hours based on service demand.
