Job summary

Maithri Aquatech in Bengaluru is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, commission and maintain Atmospheric Water Generator (AWG) machines at customer sites. You will diagnose refrigeration, electrical, mechanical and control-related issues, perform refrigerant charging, leak testing and system troubleshooting, and ensure safe, reliable operation after service.

The role requires travel to customer locations, daily remote reporting to the manager, and adherence to warranty, AMC and on-call

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing refrigeration, electrical, mechanical and control-related issues.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations.
• Bike and driving license required.
• Safety PPE kit must be available.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain AWG machines at customer locations.
• Diagnose refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, and control-related issues.
• Perform refrigerant charging, vacuuming, leak testing, brazing, and system troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot compressors, condensers, evaporators, fans, expansion devices, valves, sensors, pumps, and electrical components.
• Attend breakdown and preventive maintenance activities.
• Prepare service reports and maintain records of customer complaints and resolutions.
• Coordinate with technical and production teams for complex field issues.
• Ensure machines operate safely and efficiently after service and commissioning.
• Provide technical guidance to customers/operators when required.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations is required.
• Daily Remote Reporting to the Manager.
• Services covered under Warranty, AMC, and On-Call Support
• Bike, Valid Driving License, and Safety PPE Kit are Mandatory.
