Job summary

Pasona in Tamil Nadu is seeking a field service engineer to install and commission CNC machines at customer sites. You will perform preventive and breakdown maintenance and troubleshoot CNC-related electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic problems.

You will read electrical and mechanical drawings, handle spares, and prepare service reports while travelling frequently to customers for installations and ongoing service.

• Install and commission CNC machines / machine tools at customer locations.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and CNC-related problems.
• Handle machine components such as spindles, motors, gearboxes, hydraulics, etc.
• Read electrical drawings, mechanical drawings, manuals and schematics.
• Manage spare parts and prepare service/maintenance reports.

Travel frequently to customer sites for installation and service.
