Job summary

Accurateblister is seeking an experienced service engineer to support the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery including CNC, VMC, drilling, lathe, grinding, shaping, and blister packing systems. You will train customers, diagnose on-site issues, ensure safety and quality compliance, and report service activities.

• Experience with CNC, VMC, drilling, lathe, grinding, and shaping machines.
• Experience with blister packing machines.
• Installation and commissioning of machines.
• Knowledge of documentation (DQ, IQ, OQ & PQ) for site clearance.
• Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
• Provide technical training to customers on the use of industrial machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot industrial machinery and equipment via on-site visits or virtual channels when possible.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Install equipment at the customer’s location according to planning.
• Prepare and submit reports on service activities.
• Suggest improvements to customers and forward enquiries to the Customer Service Sales team.
