Job summary

White Force Outsourcing Services in India seeks a skilled field service engineer to diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical systems at client sites.

You will install, test, and commission equipment, perform preventive maintenance, train customers, and document service logs, with travel to on-site locations as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Strong fault-finding abilities in mechanical or electronic systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose complex technical issues, locate root causes using diagnostic tools, and perform timely fixes.
• Installation & Commissioning: Set up new machinery or systems and test them to meet operational standards.
• Preventive Maintenance: Run routine checks and scheduled servicing to prevent sudden equipment breakdowns.
• Customer Support & Training: Guide clients on safe and efficient equipment usage and suggest product upgrades.

Requirements & Qualifications
