• Minimum 3+ years of experience in creating/editing CNC logic.
• Proficiency in FANUC ladder logic editing/writing for automation interfaces.
• Experience handling robot interfaces with CNC machines.
• Experience with OEM manufacturers preferred.
• Experience in after-sales service, installation, troubleshooting, and customer support.

• Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple service requests, field visits, and escalations with a customer-focused approach.

Experience: 10+ years in the service field, preferably with CNC/VMC/HMC/Turning machines.

Qualification: Diploma/Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.

Preferred Age: 30 to 40 years, in line with the seniority and experience required.
