Responsibilities

• End to end ownership (Design, Develop, Configuration, Customization) of CMDB and ITOM.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts).
• Oversee platform administration tasks, upgrades, and patching.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert-level support when escalations occur.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience and/or Tech Lead experience (8-10 years total) in ServiceNow or related field.
