FUZIXEL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a ServiceNow developer to design, implement, and deploy enterprise-grade workflows on the Now Platform. You will configure ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HR Service Delivery modules to align with business processes and SLAs.

The role involves integrating external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, building client scripts, and ensuring secure, scalable deployments across global clients.

Qualifications

• Experience building ServiceNow apps and workflows.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM/ITOM/CSM modules and enterprise SLAs.
• Proficient in REST/SOAP integrations and API use.
• Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Configure ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HR Service Delivery modules to meet SLAs.
• Integrate ServiceNow with SAP, Salesforce, Azure, Okta via APIs and MID Server.
• Build UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
• Translate business needs into technical specs and ensure secure, scalable deployments.
• Support testing, release management, and documentation; perform code reviews.

Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications and workflows using Now Platform tools including Flow Designer, Studio, and App Engine.

Configure and extend ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HR Service Delivery) to align with enterprise SLAs and business process requirements.

Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (SAP, Salesforce, Azure, Okta) via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.

Build and maintain ServiceNow UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes for dynamic, rule-driven experiences.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specs and ensure deployments meet security, scalability, and compliance standards.

Support testing, release management, and documentation; troubleshoot performance issues and perform code reviews for maintainability.
