Job summary

Bridgestone GCC is seeking a Junior ServiceNow Product Support/Developer to assist in developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow applications. The role covers IT Workflows, HRSD, ITOM, CMDB, and the Employee Portal, with responsibilities across integration, testing, and deployment.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field (advanced student) and 1–3 years’ experience in ServiceNow development or administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, advanced student
• 1–3 years of experience with ServiceNow development or administration or similar Workflow Management Tools
• Familiarity with IT Workflows, HRSD, ITOM, CMDB, and Employee Portal
• Basic understanding of ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP)
• ServiceNow Fundamentals or Certified System Administrator preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Role Overview: The Junior ServiceNow Product Support/Developer will assist in the development, configuration, and support of ServiceNow applications. The role supports platform enhancements, integration efforts, and user experience improvements across IT Workflows, HRSD, ITOM, CMDB, and the Employee Portal.
