Job summary

Computer Generated Solutions in Hyderabad is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and customize enterprise solutions. You will implement ITSM/ITBM workflows, build integrations via REST/SOAP, and deliver dashboards and reports for compliance and operations.

Ideal candidates hold CSA and CAD certifications, with strong scripting (Glide API) and a proven ServiceNow development background. Familiarity with Cloud/DevOps tools and cross-functional collaboration is preferred.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows, with a focus on Enterprise Domain Separation and related modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM, ITBM, CMDB, Data Integration, HR).

• Lead or support workflow automation (e.g., onboarding/offboarding) using ServiceNow Flow Designer and JavaScript.
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (e.g., CMDB, Okta, Kaseya, Azure, Qualys, SGC) using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Create and enhance dashboards, widgets, and reports to support operational and compliance needs.
• Provide hands‑on application support for internal ServiceNow users (agents, supervisors, managers) and external consulting clients.
• Participate in new ServiceNow implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and end‑user support.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to recommend best practices and improve workflows in alignment with IT and Help Desk regulations.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal application performance.
• Required ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Strong ServiceNow development background with proven experience in scripting (Domain Separation, JavaScript, Glide API) and ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Experience with additional ServiceNow modules (Health scan and Instance scan, CSDM, ITOM, ITAM).
• Familiarity with Performance Analytics, ATF, or automated testing tools.
• Exposure AWS, Azure DevOps, or similar Cloud/DevOps tools.
