Job summary

Golden Opportunities is seeking an experienced Service & Workshop Manager for Chennai area to oversee day-to-day two-wheeler service operations and lead a team of Service Advisors and Technicians.

The role requires strong hands-on experience in automobile service operations, with a track record of achieving service targets, managing customer satisfaction, and ensuring safe, compliant workshop processes.

• Monitor workshop productivity, service targets and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with spare parts team for smooth service operations.
• Track service revenue, productivity and overall operational performance.
• Prepare service performance reports and provide regular updates to management.
