Job summary

Heaven Green Energy Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Engineer to ensure the quality of solar inverters and power electronic products throughout the manufacturing process.

The role covers IQC of raw materials, IPQC on the production line, and final testing, with emphasis on defect analysis and documentation. Candidate should have hands-on experience with electrical testing equipment and a strong understanding of manufacturing quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronics or related field.
• 2–5 years of Quality Control experience in Power Electronics, Solar Inverters, UPS, SMPS, PCB Assembly, EMS, or Electrical Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of PCB assemblies and electronic components.
• Strong understanding of quality inspection processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform Incoming Quality Control (IQC) of raw materials, PCBAs, transformers, capacitors, semiconductors, wiring harnesses, enclosures, and other electrical components.
• Conduct In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) inspections throughout the production line.
• Identify, analyze, and report manufacturing defects and quality issues.
• Monitor assembly, soldering, wiring, and testing processes to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate with Production, R&D, Purchase, and Service teams to resolve quality concerns.

Job description

The candidate should have hands‑on experience with electrical and electronic testing equipment and a strong understanding of manufacturing quality standards.

Responsibilities

Nice to have

• Experience in Solar Inverter Manufacturing
• Experience with 8D, CAPA, FMEA, SPC, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma
• Experience in supplier quality management
• Familiarity with ERP/Odoo systems
