Naz V Hr Solutions is seeking a Service Manager with automotive service exposure to lead daily operations and ensure customer satisfaction in Chennai. The role requires blending leadership, communication, problem-solving, and technical management with hands-on support as needed.

Ideal candidates will have an undergraduate degree and proven ability to manage customer interactions, calls, and data records, while coordinating a team of technicians and service advisors.

Qualifications

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Good communication skills (Tamil + Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu and Hindi).
• Basic computer knowledge.
