Job summary

Amor Management Consultants is seeking a skilled mechanical engineer for heavy equipment maintenance in Hyderabad. The role focuses on preventive, breakdown, and predictive maintenance of excavators and wheel loaders, with diagnostic and repair responsibilities to maximize uptime.

Candidate should have Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering and be adept at following OEM procedures, safety standards, and documentation of service reports for ongoing fleet reliability.

Qualifications

• Diploma/BE in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Good understanding of heavy equipment maintenance and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, breakdown, and predictive maintenance of Excavator / Wheel loader.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, engine, transmission, and related faults.
• Carry out repairs, overhauls, and component replacements to maximize equipment uptime.
• Conduct machine inspections and prepare service reports.
• Ensure timely completion of scheduled maintenance and breakdown attendance.
• Monitor spare parts consumption and maintain service records.
• Follow safety standards and OEM maintenance procedures during all service activities.
