Job summary

Mangala Shree Buildcon in Bihar is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Technician to handle complete servicing and maintenance of transit mixers, hywa, JCB, poclain, and hydra/farana cranes across project sites. You will diagnose faults, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure machines are ready for site use.

ITI or Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience is preferred. Willingness to travel across Bihar and independently manage full servicing is essential.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering, or equivalent hands‑on experience
• Strong practical knowledge of engine, hydraulic, and electrical systems of heavy/earthmoving equipment
• Prior hands‑on experience servicing transit mixers, tippers/hywa, JCB, poclain (excavators), or mobile cranes (hydra/farana) strongly preferred
• Should be able to independently handle complete servicing and maintenance, not just minor repairs
• Willingness to travel/work at project sites across Bihar

Responsibilities

• Carry out complete, thorough servicing of transit mixer, hywa, JCB, poclain, and hydra/farana — engine, hydraulic, electrical, and other mechanical systems
• Diagnose faults and carry out timely repairs to minimize equipment downtime
• Perform preventive/scheduled maintenance to keep machines in good working condition
• Replace/repair worn-out parts, check fluid levels, filters, hydraulic lines, etc.
• Maintain service records and report machine condition to management
• Ensure machines are site-ready and breakdown-free as far as possible

• handle the complete servicing and maintenance of our construction and heavy equipment fleet. The candidate should be able to fully service and maintain the following machines just like a vehicle goes to a service centre for complete servicing:
• Transit Mixer
• Hywa (Tipper)
• JCB
• Poclain (Excavator)
• Hydra / Farana (Crane)
