Job summary

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Coordinator / Service Coordinator to manage service operations, preventive maintenance, breakdown resolution, spare parts, and service team performance in the MHE industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor preventive maintenance activities to ensure timely PM compliance and reduce machine breakdowns.
• Conduct inspections to identify wear and tear and plan corrective actions.
• Handle machine breakdowns through root cause analysis and effective corrective measures.
• Conduct site visits to monitor machine performance and improve service reliability.
• Ensure service quality, safety compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations.
• Manage spare parts and tools inventory, including stock control and timely dispatch.
• Plan and validate spare requirements and monitor spare quality and repeated part failures.
• Manage and document petty cash expenses as per company policies.
• Lead, guide, and develop service teams to improve technical skills and productivity.
• Drive cost reduction through optimized spare usage and maintenance practices.
• Ensure timely completion and submission of service reports through the MAP system.
• Monitor service quality through regular reviews and performance tracking.
• Identify opportunities for parts reuse, salvage, and process improvement.
