Job summary

Industrial Personnel Network is seeking a Service Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end service operations for B2B EV clients in Gurugram. You will coordinate with OEMs, spare parts and the technical team to ensure timely maintenance, repairs and issue resolution.

The role focuses on driving dealer and service network performance, monitoring KPIs and achieving high customer satisfaction while aligning with fleet and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience handling B2B fleet/customers.
• Knowledge of electric 2W/3W systems: battery, motor, controller.
• Experience in dealer/service center management.
