Job summary

Bgauss Auto in Mumbai is seeking an experienced service professional to manage dealer and sub-dealer service operations and provide hands-on technical support for EV two-wheelers. You will diagnose issues across battery, motor, controller, charger and electrical systems, while training technicians and ensuring SOP adherence.

Role requires extensive travel within Mumbai and surrounding areas, with focus on service quality, reporting, and warranty coordination with HO/Plant teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma/BE in Automobile, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 38 years experience in EV/Automobile after-sales or service.
• Strong knowledge of EV systems and components.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Basic knowledge of DMS, Excel, and diagnostic tools.
• Good communication, dealer management, and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Handle dealer/sub-dealer service operations and provide technical support.
