Job summary

Oxygenonline is seeking a skilled service technician in Kottakkal, Kerala, India to diagnose, repair, and service mobile phones and laptops. You will follow brand and company quality standards, record repairs in the O2 Care system, and ensure timely turnaround.

The ideal candidate holds an ITI or diploma in Electronics/Computer Hardware with 1–3 years of mobile or laptop repair experience; brand service center exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in Electronics / Computer Hardware (or equivalent).
• 1–3 years of experience in mobile or laptop repair.
• Brand service center experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mobile phones, laptops, and related electronic devices.
• Perform chip-level and component-level repairs (where applicable).
• Replace defective parts such as displays, motherboards, batteries, and connectors.
• Ensure all repairs are done in compliance with brand and company quality standards.
• Accurately record job details, parts used, and repair status in the O2 Care system.
• Maintain proper handling of customer devices to avoid damage or data loss.
• Assist in software updates, data backup, and formatting activities.
• Coordinate with the service coordinator for pending jobs, spare parts, and escalations.
• Ensure timely delivery of repaired devices within the committed TAT (Turnaround Time).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area and tools.
