Job summary

MFPL is seeking a skilled Service Engineer to install, commission, service and troubleshoot commercial kitchen equipment at client sites in Hyderabad. The role requires strong electrical troubleshooting, field service experience, and excellent customer handling abilities.

The candidate will travel to client locations for installations, perform preventive maintenance, document service reports, and provide timely technical solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. ITI/ Diploma or B.E.

Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• B.Tech / BE in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission commercial kitchen equipment at client sites.
• Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Fryers, Dosa Matic machines, and other kitchen equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine servicing to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support to clients and dealers.
• Identify equipment faults and implement timely and effective technical solutions.
• Maintain accurate service reports, records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and dealers to understand issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service and technical support.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficiency in service reporting and documentation.

Educational Qualifications:

Experience:
