Responsabilidades

Role Description

The Service Technician – Hospitality & Kitchen Equipment – Bangalore is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The technician will perform routine and preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and carry out repairs on a variety of commercial kitchen and hospitality equipment. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting client locations, inspecting equipment, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults, replacing parts, and documenting service activities. The role involves coordinating with the service team, following safety procedures, and providing clear guidance to clients on proper equipment use and basic upkeep. The technician will also respond to service calls, ensure timely resolution of issues, and maintain a professional, customer-focused approach in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Maintenance & Repair skills for commercial kitchen and hospitality equipment.
• Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational issues.
• Candidates should possess Field Service experience, including on-site visits, equipment inspections, and service reporting.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and support client needs.
• Candidates should possess general Maintenance skills, including preventive maintenance scheduling and basic equipment checks.
• Relevant technical diploma/ITI or certification in electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, or related field is preferred.
• Experience working with hotel, restaurant, or commercial kitchen equipment is an advantage.
• Ability to read technical manuals, follow safety standards, and use diagnostic tools and basic hand tools.
• Good time management, problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel within Bengaluru for service calls.
