Job summary

Mukunda Foods Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Service Engineer to install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment.

The role requires strong electrical troubleshooting, good customer handling, and willingness to travel for field assignments. Responsibilities include installation, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and providing on-site and remote technical support to customers and dealers.

Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
• B.Tech / BE in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in field service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission commercial kitchen equipment at customer sites.
• Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Fryers, Dosa Matic machines, and other kitchen equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine servicing to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Provide technical support to customers and dealers through onsite visits and remote assistance.
• Identify equipment faults and implement timely and effective technical solutions.
• Maintain accurate service reports, records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with customers and dealers to understand technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service and technical support.

Educational Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

• 1 - 5 years of relevant experience in field service.
