Inductotherm is seeking a qualified engineer for service and testing of induction hardening and forging machines. You will manage inhouse testing, onsite servicing, and customer support calls across India and abroad, traveling frequently.

A strong background in Electrical/Electronics and PLC/HMI programming is required, particularly AB and Siemens platforms. Preferred candidates are native to Ahmedabad and surrounding areas, with 2–4 years of relevant experience and a willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation & Control/Power Electronics.
• 2–4 years of experience in induction hardening and forging machines.
• Proficient PLC and HMI programming (AB/Siemens) is essential.

Responsabilités

• Inhouse testing and servicing of induction hardening & forging machines.
• Handle customer complaint calls and service requests.
• Attend service calls and maintain records of all calls.
• Prepare monthly reports and performance metrics.

Description du poste

The candidates should be Degree holder in Electrical/ Electronics/Instrumentation & Control/Power Electronics Engineering, with at least 2-4 years experience in induction Hardening & Forging Machines. Programming knowledge of PLC and HMI (AB, Siemens preferable) is must.

He will be responsible for inhouse testing, onsite servicing and customer complaint call handling, attending service calls, maintaining proper records of all service calls and preparing various monthly reports.

The job involves extensive travelling in India and abroad. The candidate must be a native of Ahmedabad and surrounding area.
