Job summary

Resume Destination is urgently seeking a Service Engineer to cover Ahmedabad and nearby locations. You will work hands-on at customer sites, diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on heavy equipment.

The role requires extensive field experience, a BE/B.Tech or Diploma in a relevant engineering field, and a willingness to travel across the defined territory with a valid driving license.

Qualifications

• 26 years of experience in service engineering.
• Experience across MHE, industrial equipment, automotive, or construction & mining equipment.
• Willingness to travel and operate at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on service at customer sites for heavy machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems within defined turnaround times.
• Generate and manage parts and service business in the assigned territory.
• Coordinate with the Territory Service Manager on critical customer issues.
• Daily/weekly reporting on service activities and task progress.
