Job summary

PROFX in Ahmedabad is seeking a Service Executive with 1–3 years of experience to handle customer service requests, install and service on-site, and troubleshoot technical issues.

The role requires a Diploma/ITI, good communication, willingness to travel to customer sites, and the ability to work independently or with a team to ensure timely issue resolution and satisfactory after-sales support.
