Job summary

2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in India is seeking Service Technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain EV scooters while delivering excellent customer service and strict adherence to service centre processes.

You will diagnose scooters, perform repairs, capture VOC, update the WMS Getafix, inform customers about progress, handle invoicing, maintain safe bays, and follow SOPs. This full‑time role offers growth opportunities and exposure to a leading EV mobility brand across PAN India.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in 2-wheeler servicing.
• Basic knowledge of EV systems preferred.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Language skills: Basic English + Local Language.
