Job summary

Kawenmanpower is seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Service Engineer to provide on-site support for CNC machines in Bengaluru, India. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and ensuring minimal downtime for customers.

The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, preferably with a Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 0-2 years of experience in machine maintenance.

The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of CNC machines, machine tool maintenance, and industrial automation systems, ensuring minimum machine downtime and maximum customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve machine breakdowns and technical issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency breakdown support for CNC machines.
• Ensure timely closure of service calls while maintaining service quality standards.
• Support customers with machine optimization and performance improvement recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional service delivery.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of CNC machine tools and manufacturing processes.
• Hands‑on experience in machine maintenance and breakdown analysis.
• Good communication and customer‑handling skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively to customer locations.

Qualification and Experience

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
• 0-2 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance, machine tool servicing, or manufacturing equipment support.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge and internship/project experience in CNC machines may also be considered for junior positions.
