Job summary

Associated Technocrats is seeking a skilled service professional to repair and maintain CNC, VMC, EDM, IMM and pressure diecasting machines. The role includes installation, commissioning, on-site technical guidance, and training for customers.

You will also develop customer relationships, support spare parts sales, promote service through AMC, and prepare reports with corrective actions. Strong hands-on electrical and mechanical repair capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing CNC, VMC, EDM, IMM and pressure diecasting machines.
• Experience commissioning CNC, VMC, EDM, IMM and pressure diecasting machines.
• Experience with PLC, automation and drives.

Responsibilities

• Repairing and maintenance of CNC, VMC, EDM, IMM and pressure diecasting machines.
• Attend installation and commissioning of CNC, VMC, EDM, IMM and pressure diecasting machines supplied in India.
• Provide technical guidance to customers while attending service calls and suggest repair techniques.

Role & responsibilities

1. Repairing and Maintenance of CNC, VMC, EDM, IMM & Pressure Diecasting Machine

2. To attend Installation & commissioning of CNC, VMC, EDM, IMM & Pressure Diecasting Machine supplied in India.

3. Provide technical guidance to customers while attending service complains at site & suggest repair techniques.

4. Offering customer training

5. Developing and maintaining relationships with customers

6. Support in boosting spare parts sale.

7. Actively participate in promoting service business through AMC

8. Assist superiors to work out various types of complaints.

9. Preparing report & update related Claims & work out action plans for corrective actions.

Preferred candidate profile

Repair and Maintenance of CNC, VMC, EDM, IMM & Pressure Diecasting Machines, PLC, Automation & Drives, CNC Programming and experience of commissioning, electrical, mechanical repairs of CNC, VMC, EDM, IMM & Pressure Diecasting Machines.
