Job summary

Markem-Imaje is seeking a Technical Service Engineer for on-site installation, maintenance, and support of marking and coding systems. You will service customer facilities, conduct printer trials, and ensure high up-time while managing parts and service budgets.

Qualified candidates have 3-5 years of hands-on onsite experience in industrial automation, a relevant degree with 60% or higher, strong CRM skills, and own a vehicle for travel to customer sites.

• Graduates with Electrical/Electronics degree or BSc (maths/physics) with at least 60% from a reputed college; strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Candidates must own a vehicle for business travel.

• Perform on-site product installations and ensure maximum printer uptime and customer satisfaction.

The Role

The Technical Service Engineer is responsible for performing on-site installation, maintenance, service repair and support for Markem-Imaje products and services.

What you will do:

• The engineer must provide onsite service and customer support study different type of packaging machines and site readiness for printer installation. Conduct onsite (online) printer trial Perform on-site product installation on customer premises.
• He shall be responsible for on- site services such as Installation & Maintenance of Markem products to ensure maximum up-time and customer satisfaction. He needs to meet service & spares budget for assigned geographical territory.
• Job requires travelling to manufacturing facilities of Markem customers

What you need to have:

• The engineer must have 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in onsite service and customer support of capital goods relating to industrial automation.
• He must be Graduate with Degree in Electrical/Electronics/ BSc (maths/Physics) with at least 60% marks from reputed college. Good organizational skills and ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Good level of customer relationship management skills.
• Candidates applying for this position must have own vehicle that can be used for business

travel purpose.
