Job summary

Anushri Systech in Chennai invites a motivated Field Service Engineer to install, commission, and maintain UPS systems, battery banks, and solar installations at customer sites. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on field service experience in UPS, Inverter, Battery, or Solar EPC/O&M industry.
• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or EEE required.
• Good knowledge of UPS systems, battery types, and solar PV components.
• Comfortable using basic testing tools and reading wiring diagrams.
• Willing to travel daily across Chennai for field visits; two-wheeler with license preferred.
• Strong communication skills and safety-conscious on-site.

Role & Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and maintain UPS systems, battery banks, and solar (on-grid/off-grid/hybrid) systems at customer sites
• Attend to AMC calls for preventive and breakdown maintenance across UPS, battery, and solar installations
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in UPS units, battery banks, solar inverters, and panel wiring
• Conduct periodic solar plant health checks panel inspection, string/inverter performance, generation monitoring
• Maintain accurate service records, AMC visit logs, and customer service history
• Coordinate spare parts requirement and escalate unresolved technical issues to seniors
• Build strong customer relationships through timely, professional field visits
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols during installation and rooftop/field work

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of hands-on field service experience in UPS, Inverter, Battery, or Solar EPC/O&M industry
• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or EEE
• Working knowledge of UPS systems, battery types (VRLA/tubular/Li-ion), and solar PV components (panels, inverters, wiring)
• Comfortable using basic testing tools (multimeter, clamp meter) and reading wiring diagrams
• Willing to travel daily across Chennai for field visits; own two-wheeler with valid license preferred
• Good communication skills to interact directly with customers
• Safety-conscious, disciplined, and reliable in the field
