In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and maintenance services to ensure the optimal performance of company products and systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems at client sites.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and customer support to address service needs effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to enhance reliability and performance of equipment.
• Provide clear and comprehensive documentation of service activities, including reports and technical manuals.
• Offer training and guidance to customers on the proper use and upkeep of products.
• Stay updated with the latest industry developments and product knowledge to continuously improve service excellence.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in a technical service or engineering role, preferably within a relevant industry.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems, depending on the product focus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Good communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as required to perform service duties.
