We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. HR Executive to join our dynamic human resources team. This pivotal role focuses on managing and enhancing the overall employee experience, contributing strategically to workforce planning, and supporting organizational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, recruit, and retain top talent.
