Komax Group in India is seeking a dedicated Service Engineer to join the South Region. You will perform installation, maintenance, and repair of our automated wire processing equipment, delivering on-site technical support and ensuring high reliability for customers.

You will travel within the South Region, diagnose and resolve issues, and collaborate with engineering and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems according to company standards and customer requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuity of client operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and sales, to communicate customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate service records, including work performed, parts used, and recommendations for future maintenance.
• Provide training and guidance to customers on proper use and maintenance of equipment to optimize performance and safety.
• Stay current with the latest technological advancements and product updates relevant to the service area.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all service activities.

• Proven experience in a service engineering role or equivalent technical position, ideally within a regional service territory.
• Strong technical knowledge relevant to the equipment and systems serviced in the South Region.

• Outstanding communication skills to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Willingness to travel within the South Region to deliver on-site support as required.
• Valid driver's license and the flexibility to adapt to different work environments and conditions.
