Job summary

Haitian Group is seeking a skilled CNC Service Engineer to install, align, and commission CNC machines at customer sites in Ahmedabad. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control issues and provide technical support during and after warranty periods.

The role involves coordination with warehouse and sales teams and on-site training for customers. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or higher in mechanical/electrical engineering with 3+ years in CNC installation or service, and strong

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• 3 years or above of experience in CNC machine installation or service, preferably in HMC and DCMC.
• Familiarity with CNC control systems, Especially FANUC, MITSUBISHI.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, alignment, and commissioning of CNC machines.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or control issues in CNC machines.

• Assist the warehouse team with outbound shipment preparations of CNC machines and accessories.
• Organize and manage shipping documents including delivery orders, acceptance forms, and inspection reports.
• Collaborate with internal departments (sales, logistics, and engineering) to ensure smooth after-sales operations.
• Prepare and submit service reports and feedback to the service manager.
• Provide on-site training and basic machine operation guidance to customers when needed.
