Job summary

Leadec in India is seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Electrical professional to maintain and troubleshoot electrical and control systems for heavy CNC machines. The role involves reading electrical drawings, managing VFDs, motors, HMI and ladder logic, and supporting machine uptime.

The candidate will attend service calls, perform preventative maintenance, train operators, and document issues with clear logs, ensuring safety standards and reliability across the workshop.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance of heavy CNC machinery.
• Ability to read electrical, NC and PLC drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Attend service and maintenance calls on heavy CNC machines (Mazak, Makino, AMS, BFW, Doosan, etc.).
• Perform regular preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Identify and resolve electrical issues; troubleshoot complex failures.
• Oversee installation of new CNC machines and train operators.
• Maintain service logs and reports on maintenance, breakdowns and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and keep a clean workspace.

CNC Maintenance Electrical: 1. Knowledge in VFD & Motors & HMI & Ladder logic ensures the operational integrity of CNC machines by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems, components, and control systems like PLCs and SCADA

2. To attend service and maintenance calls on Heavy CNC machinery like Mazak,Makino, AMS, BFW, Doosan, Aeirex, MAG, Feeler,

3. To attend service and maintenance calls on CNC machinery like milling, drilling, lathe, 4. To attend service and maintenance calls on SPM machine like EMT spm, Heller, Nagel-Honing, Gundrill-SPM, Washing Machine 5. Conducting regular preventative maintenance on all CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.

6. Identifying and resolving system failures by troubleshooting and repairing complex Electrical problems.

7. Overseeing installation of new CNC machines and providing relevant training to the machine operators.

8. Maintaining service logs and reports on all maintenance, Electrical; breakdowns and repairs.

9. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining clean and orderly work areas.
