Job summary

Indo- Mim in India seeks a skilled CNC maintenance technician to perform electrical maintenance and hands-on troubleshooting across multi-brand CNCs. You will work with Siemens, FANUC and Mitsubishi controls, and hands-on on VMC, HMC, CNC turning and Robodrill systems.

Responsibilities include machine geometry checking, axis alignment, ball bar tests, spindle work, and PLC/ladder troubleshooting, with focus on predictive maintenance and spare parts planning.

Qualifications

• Strong CNC machine maintenance background with hands-on troubleshooting.
• Experience with Siemens, FANUC, and Mitsubishi CNC controls.
• Proficient in VMC, HMC, CNC Turning, and Robodrill operations.
• Skilled in electrical troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance.
• Able to perform machine geometry checking, axis alignment and leveling.
• Experience with ball bar tests, ball screw replacement, and spindle work.
• Knowledge of PLC and ladder logic troubleshooting.
• Hydraulic and pneumatic system troubleshooting.
• Experience with DG sets and industrial air systems (compressors, HVAC, chiller, AHU).
• Strong spare planning, preventive maintenance and PM execution.

Required Skills

• Must have CNC machine electrical maintenance experience.
• Experience with Siemens, FANUC, and Mitsubishi CNC.
• Hands-on experience with VMC, HMC, CNC Turning, and Robodrill.
• Electrical troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance.
• Machine geometry checking and correction.
• Axis alignment and machine levelling.
• Ball bar test and analysis.
