Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Service Delivery Manager - F&A - R2R in India to oversee end-to-end Record to Report operations, drive month-end close, and ensure compliance. You will mentor the R2R team, implement process improvements, and support audits with robust documentation and controls.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, experience with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP), and a focus on standardization and automation across R2R processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Master's degree in Finance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and ensure alignment with global finance policies.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and standardization across R2R operations.
• Lead and mentor the R2R team, ensuring performance management and capability development.
• Ensure readiness for internal and external audits by maintaining robust documentation and controls.
