Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for F&A - R2R to oversee end-to-end Record to Report operations and ensure timely, accurate financial close. You will lead the R2R team, drive process improvements and automation, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and ensure readiness for audits while maintaining robust controls.

Night shift in India; regular office-based role. Required qualifications include Bachelor's degrees in Accounting/Commerce/Economics/Finance, CFA/FRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Certifications like CFA/FRM are a plus.
• Experience with end-to-end R2R processes and ERP systems recommended.

• Oversee end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and ensure alignment with global finance policies.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and standardization across R2R operations.
• Lead and mentor the R2R team, ensuring performance management and capability development.
• Ensure readiness for internal and external audits by maintaining robust documentation and controls.
