Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Front Line Manager for F&A - R2R to ensure accurate financial records and compliant reporting. You will lead journal entries, month-end and year-end closings, and oversee Oracle Asset Management, while guiding the team toward operational efficiency.

The role requires strong R2R knowledge, experience with ERP systems like Oracle and SAP, and collaboration with senior leadership to drive improvements. Hybrid work in India is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting/commerce/economics/finance; master's in finance preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.
• Experience with journal entries, month-end close, year-end close processes.
• Proficiency in financial statements and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting standards across the organization.
• Oversee the preparation of journal entries and manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Generate and review financial statements for legal entities, ensuring overall accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Overseeing the management of Oracle Asset Management modules for additions, transfers, sales, and depreciation.
• Review of balance sheet reconciliations to ensure account accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategies for financial reporting and operational efficiency.
• Mentor and lead the financial accounting team, promoting a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
