Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for F&A - R2R to lead and manage large-scale R2R operations, ensuring accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes in line with SLAs.

You will oversee General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Reporting, and Balance Sheet Reconciliations, drive process improvements, automation, and governance, and mentor a high-performing team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment in India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Certifications: CFA and FRM.
• Strong knowledge of R2R, ERP systems, and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale R2R operations with timely month-end close.
• Oversee General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Reporting and reconciliations.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Lead and manage large-scale R2R operations, ensuring timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Oversee core R2R processes including General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Reporting, and Balance Sheet Reconciliations with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Drive operational excellence by ensuring all SLAs, KPIs, and quality metrics are consistently achieved. Partner with transformation and digital teams to implement process improvements, automation, and robotic solutions to enhance efficiency. Ensure effective governance and successful execution of external and internal audits, maintaining strong compliance controls. Foster strong client relationships by delivering consistent service excellence and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Build, develop, and mentor high-performing teams while driving a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
