Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for R2R to lead and optimize large-scale R2R operations in a dynamic, AI-driven setting. The role emphasizes timely close processes across month-end, quarter-end, and year-end, with governance and continuous improvement at its core.

Strong candidates will have a background in Accounting/Commerce/Economics/Finance, plus CFA/FRM credentials and experience with Oracle/SAP ERP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Masters in Finance preferred or beneficial.
• Experience in R2R processes and audits is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale R2R operations with timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
• Oversee core R2R processes including General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Reporting, and Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
• Drive operational excellence by meeting SLAs, KPIs, and quality metrics; drive automation and process improvements.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Lead and manage large-scale R2R operations, ensuring timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Oversee core R2R processes including General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Reporting, and Balance Sheet Reconciliations with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Drive operational excellence by ensuring all SLAs, KPIs, and quality metrics are consistently achieved. Partner with transformation and digital teams to implement process improvements, automation, and robotic solutions to enhance efficiency. Ensure effective governance and successful execution of external and internal audits, maintaining strong compliance controls. Foster strong client relationships by delivering consistent service excellence and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Build, develop, and mentor high-performing teams while driving a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
