Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for F&A R2R to lead end-to-end R2R operations and drive performance in a night-shift setting in India. The role focuses on timely close processes, accurate reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to implement improvements and automation.

The ideal candidate will have strong R2R experience, ERP proficiency (Oracle/SAP), and a track record of managing delivery with controls in a global finance environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, or related fields.
• Professional certifications CFA/FRM are a plus.
• Experience in R2R and ERP environments.
• Strong process standardization and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end R2R operations ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, journals, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enforce global finance policies.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization across R2R.
• Lead and mentor the R2R team with performance management and capability development.
• Ensure audit readiness through robust documentation and controls.
