Genpact Ltd. in India seeks a Service Delivery Manager for F&A - R2R to oversee end-to-end record-to-report operations, ensuring accurate monthly closes and compliance.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and drive standardization across R2R processes. Lead and mentor the R2R team, champion automation initiatives, and ensure readiness for internal and external audits with robust documentation and controls.

Formación

• Bachelor's or higher degree in finance/accounting/commerce.
• Experience with R2R processes and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of corporate controls and audits is a plus.
